Job Description
For a production company in the Meulebeke region, we are looking for a Packaging Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient and high-quality packaging process. You will combine organization, follow-up, and team coordination.
Your responsibilities include:
Starting up, monitoring, and adjusting the packaging process.
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and hygiene regulations.
Supervising, supporting, and guiding the packaging team.
Identifying and resolving operational issues and contributing to process improvements.
Reporting progress and potential bottlenecks to the production manager.
Checking packaging orders and supporting communication between production planning and finished goods storage.
Further implementing and rolling out the MES and ERP systems on the packaging floor.
