Function description

The company, located in Westrozebeke, has been one of the leading European producers of fresh and prepared pork for many years. They are currently looking for a Team Leader.

You manage and coordinate the daily production flow.
You ensure that all safety, quality and hygiene rules and procedures are correctly followed.
You coach, support and guide team members whenever necessary.
You are responsible for staff planning and production administration.
You make sure that the necessary materials and raw materials are delivered on time to the dispatch department.
You conduct important conversations with team members, provide training to new employees and are responsible for their evaluations.

Requirements

Requirements:	You have an eye for detail and are well organized. You are able to assess situations accurately and work well under pressure. You are confident in making decisions based on the objectives to be achieved and see problems as challenges. You have a logical mindset and communicate easily with people. You are results-oriented and know how to get things done. You have a good command of Dutch, French and English. You are flexible.
