Function description
As a Production Operator, you will play an important role in ensuring the production process runs smoothly. You will start up and monitor a production line where various meat products, such as sausages, cordon bleu and other prepared products, are made every day.
- You set up the machine correctly and closely monitor the production process.
- You make sure the production line continues to run smoothly.
- When changing products or at the end of the working day, you assemble and disassemble small machine components.
- In case of a machine malfunction, you first try to identify and solve the problem yourself. If necessary, experienced technicians are available to assist you.
- You keep your workstation and production line clean and follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace safety rules.
