Function description
Imagine a production environment where quality, safety, and teamwork truly matter, where you keep a close eye on the lines and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. That’s exactly what you do as an Extrusion Operator at our Gits site.
In this role, you make sure everything runs efficiently, accurately, and in order. Your day-to-day tasks include:
Packaging and carefully stacking extruded profiles.
Following the production tracking sheet: ensuring correct coding and timely replenishment of raw materials and auxiliary goods.
Preparing containers and wooden crates, transporting them to the buffer zone, labeling them, and performing quality checks.
Taking samples for later quality control.
Monitoring the production process with a sharp eye and intervening when deviations occur.
Ensuring a smooth handover at the end of your shift so colleagues are fully informed.
Jumping in flexibly wherever needed, including other production halls.
You work in 2 shifts
Early shift: 5h - 13h
Late shift: 13h - 21h
