At Forum Jobs, we are looking for a Night Extrusion Operator who is eager to learn, grow, and take a leading role in production processes at our Hooglede-Gits site. You will start as an operator, but after completing our training program, you will have the opportunity to grow into a team leader.

Here’s what your role will look like, step by step:

You will start by learning the operation of 8 production lines in detail.
After your training, you will manage these lines and supervise a team of 2 to 6 employees.
Starting up lines and coordinating raw material changes will become part of your daily routine.
You will monitor the quality of the production process closely and intervene when necessary.
Ensuring a smooth handover at the end of your shift will be second nature to you.

Requirements

Requirements:	You have completed highschool studies and have a strong technical interest. Safety is your top priority: you always wear your safety glasses and follow internal guidelines. Managing multiple lines at once is no problem thanks to your calm and organized approach. You take responsibility for quality and team performance. You are willing to work in the night shifts from 21:00 – 05:00.

Drivers license:	No driver's licence required
Languages:	Dutch: zeer goed English: goed
