Function description
- You set up and operate CNC milling machines for small and large production runs.
- You check technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
- You perform quality checks during the production process using various measuring instruments.
- You monitor production quality and take corrective action in case of deviations.
- You perform basic maintenance and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- You contribute ideas for more efficient work methods, shorter setup times, and reduced production loss.
Requirements

- You have a technical degree or equivalent experience. - You have at least 3 years of experience as a CNC Operator, CNC Miller, or in a similar role. - You have experience with CNC milling and, preferably, with brass or other non-ferrous metals. - You can read technical drawings and work accurately within specified tolerances. - Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain is a plus. - You are self-reliant, hands-on, and quality-conscious. - Knowledge of Lean, 5S, SMED, or TPM is a plus. - You are fluent in Dutch. |
