• Your TSO diploma in Electromechanics or Electricity gives you a strong foundation for hands-on technical work.

• Knowledge of controls, PLCs, pneumatics, refrigeration, central heating, or plumbing is a welcome plus; experience in the food industry is an added advantage.

• You’re comfortable working independently, tracing faults, and finding solutions, while keeping quality, hygiene, and safety in focus.

• A Category B driver’s license is part of your toolkit, and living in the area is preferred.

• Good knowledge of Dutch helps you communicate confidently in the workplace.

Here’s what you can look forward to.

• A permanent, full-time contract offers the stability of an ongoing role.

• Pay starts at €19 -22 gross per hour, with higher pay possible depending on your experience and skills.

• Starting pay is approximately €2,350 - 2,581 net per month; the exact amount depends on your personal situation.

• A commuting allowance helps with your travel between home and work.

• Depending on the work schedule, a shift bonus may add up to approximately €270 net per month. This does not apply to every position.

• Meal vouchers may be worth up to €8 per working day (approximately €160 per month); availability depends on the company.

• For a full year of work, the end-of-year bonus is approximately €1,900 net, and holiday allowance approximately €3,500 net. Amounts depend on the period worked.

• Internal training gives you the chance to build your skills, with opportunities to grow over time.

• Furnished accommodation is available for €110 per week, including utilities and unlimited internet. Transportation can also be arranged, with costs communicated in advance.

• After four weeks of work, you may receive up to €125 toward travel costs to Belgium.
