Functie omschrijving
Our client is a company in Meulebeke known worldwide in NON-woven textiles. Known products? Fleeces from diapers and sanitary napkins, medical bandages, fleeces from ski jackets and more. To create this product, we are looking for a operator cutting machine (with forklift experience) - 3 shifts.
Different products are rotated on your line, which makes this position a little more complex. You will always work in pairs and change tasks each week.
YOUR DUTIES:
Week 1:
- You will perform manual work such as supplying cardboard tubes, feeding scraps into the recycling machine, unpacking and weighing, checking, ...
- The work rate is high here.
Week 2:
- Setting and adjusting the knives and keeping colleagues up to date on the process is your responsibility.
- Labeling is part of your duties.
- You are responsible for calculating the distances of the knives.Hereby you strive for accuracy.
- You work at a high rate.
