• Experience in horticulture or greenhouse work is a strong advantage.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, coordinate, and motivate a team.

• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Romanian is considered a plus.

• Must not be color-blind (accurate color recognition is required for crop assessment).

• Ability to read and count accurately.

• Reliable, well-organized, and proactive attitude.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in greenhouse conditions.

• A driving license and personal transport are an advantage.
