Functie omschrijving

  • Process incoming customer orders and prepare order confirmations.
  • Support the planning department with daily operations.
  • Plan transport and communicate with carriers.
  • Maintain contact with customers regarding planning and deliveries.
  • Manage and maintain the customer database.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
  • Support colleagues with daily operations and special projects.

Vereisten

Vereisten:
  • You have completed a commercial or administrative education.
  • Experience in a similar position is an advantage, but motivated starters are welcome.
  • You work independently, accurately, and in a structured manner.
  • You are familiar with MS Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • You have a good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • You have excellent communication skills, are flexible, and enjoy working with customers.
