Operating and monitoring machines
→ setting up machines and keeping an eye on the production process
Performing quality checks
→ ensuring products meet the required standards
Finishing and packaging products
→ stacking, packing, labeling, and preparing for shipment
Supplying and moving materials
→ bringing raw materials and moving finished goods (sometimes using a pallet truck or forklift)
Solving minor technical issues / basic maintenance
→ handling small malfunctions and keeping machines clean
Working as part of a team
→ ensuring the production process runs smoothly and targets are met

Vereisten:	Hands-on & physical (you are constantly active) Fast-paced (production line environment) Team-oriented Strong focus on safety and quality You are willing to perform physical work. You are flexible and willing to work in a two-shift system. Experience in a production or industrial environment is a plus, but not required. You are eager to learn and open to taking on new tasks. You work carefully and have an eye for quality.
