For a food company in Roeselare, we are looking for a teamleader in 2-shifts!
What are your tasks?
- you oversee the correct and smooth packaging of chips or wraps
- You manage the team positively and you coach the team where necessary
- you follow up on the planning and you think along with the planning, so that your team can execute it as well as possible
- you ensure a smooth start-up
- you set up the machines independently and adjust the packaging machines
- You intervene in case of minor technical failures
- You perform regular checks
- You always comply with hygiene, quality and safety regulations
