Packing Operator – 2 Shifts | Attractive Salary

For a leading company specialized in potato processing in the Waregem region, we are looking for motivated Packing Operators to work in a 2-shift system.

Your Responsibilities

Operating, setting up, and monitoring automated packaging lines.
Supervising the packaging process and ensuring optimal performance.
Troubleshooting minor technical issues and carrying out first-line interventions.
Adjusting and converting machines during product changeovers.
Cleaning machines and maintaining a tidy work environment.
Working flexibly and supporting colleagues when needed.

You will join a modern production environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are top priorities.

Requirements

Requirements:	Requirements You have a technical aptitude and an interest in automated, computer-controlled machinery. You are eager to learn and motivated to develop new skills. You are willing to complete training and work in a 2-shift system. You work accurately and have an eye for detail and quality. You can work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a production environment is an advantage but not required.
