Job Description

Would you like to work full time as a parts warehouse team leader in Aalter, in the building finishes industry? In this role, you combine responsibility with hands-on work on the floor.

Your Role

You guide a team of five to eight employees each day and serve as their first point of contact.
You oversee the safety, quality, and progress of order picking and assembly.
You coordinate warehouse operations with production and ensure materials are available on time.
You coordinate incoming goods and monitor inventory levels and stock checks.
You help new colleagues get started and support the team with operational challenges.

You will work a set day shift as part of a 39-hour workweek.

Requirements
