Vacancy Roduction Leader – 2 Shifts

As a Production Leader, you will organize and lead a team, improve production processes, ensure quality and safety, and collaborate with various departments.

• Organize, coordinate, and lead a production team.

• Calculate key performance indicators, including scrap waste, raw material consumption, availability, and downtime.

• Propose improvements to optimize these indicators.

• Ensure just-in-time delivery of raw materials.

• Guarantee the quality and compliance of products.

• Start up and supervise the production line.

• Maintain clear communication between workstations.

• Determine the production sequence based on planning.

• Provide updates on production progress.

• Prepare reports regarding key performance indicators.

• Participate in production meetings with the Quality and Maintenance departments.

• Take part in all team activities.

• Detect and report deviations, implementing corrective actions when needed.

• Maintain order and cleanliness on the shop floor.

• Verify order compliance.

• Optimize working time and workflow.

• Ensure proper adherence to safety and health regulations.

• Participate in annual individual evaluations of team members.

• Provide sufficient training and follow-up for all (new) employees.

• Welcome and onboard new employees.

• Collaborate with other departments such as Planning, Transport, Sales, and Maintenance.

• Ensure correct use of procedures.
