As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly during your shift. You support and guide employees and make sure production is carried out efficiently and according to established procedures and agreements.
Your responsibilities
- You lead and support the team during your shift.
- You monitor the production process.
- You ensure the quality of production.
- You make sure that agreed procedures and team arrangements are followed.
- You take action when problems or deviations occur.
- You work closely with various employees within the production department.
