For a specialized company in the Deinze region, we are looking for a motivated Production Worker - Blasting & Metallizing to strengthen the production team. You will join a close-knit company where craftsmanship, flexibility, and a strong work ethic are highly valued.

Your Responsibilities

Blasting steel components
Performing electrical metallizing of metal parts
Handling and moving various workpieces
Operating an overhead crane and/or forklift
Carrying out production tasks safely and accurately
Supporting a variety of production activities
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace
Working both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

Requirements:	Your Profile You have technical insight and enjoy practical work Experience with steel blasting is an advantage but not required Knowledge of electrical metallizing is a plus, but training can be provided You are flexible and willing to perform different production tasks You can work independently and take responsibility for your work You value cleanliness, organization, and safety You have a hands-on mentality and are eager to learn You have at least a basic knowledge of Dutch or are fluent in English and able to understand work instructions A forklift or overhead crane certificate is a plus, but can be obtained through the company
Experience:	No experience required
Drivers license:	No driver's licence required
Languages:	English: zeer goed
