Function description
Become a Team Leader at Unilin – lead, coach and inspire your team!
Are you a natural coach with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for people? As a team leader, you manage a team of 5 to 10 colleagues – from machine operators and production workers to forklift drivers. You are the main point of contact on the shop floor and ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
What you do:
You guide, motivate, and coach your team and conduct annual feedback interviews.
You welcome new colleagues and support them throughout their training path.
You ensure solutions for deviations or absences in personnel planning.
You actively think along about improvements in the production process.
You follow up on breakdowns and work closely with the technical department.
You monitor quality, safety, and order on the shop floor.
You also handle some administrative tasks, such as the order system and internal communication.

Who are you? Are you a true people manager who is always accessible to your team? Do you preferably have experience in supervising employees? Then you are the leader we are looking for! You are decisive, think logically, and work in a solution-oriented way. You can work both independently and in a team. You are proficient with a PC and familiar with current Office packages. You are willing to work in a 2- or 5-shift system. You can work at our sites in Desselgem or Oostrozebeke. |
