Function description

For our client in the Tielt region, we are looking for an experienced operator who masters their craft and is eager to take responsibility on the shop floor.

We are not looking for an entry-level profile, but a strong and mature professional with several years of stable experience as an operator in a production environment.

Your tasks

Setting up, starting, and converting production machines
Monitoring the production process and adjusting where necessary
Troubleshooting minor technical issues
Performing quality checks
Supporting colleagues and assisting with manual tasks
Actively thinking along and taking responsibility on the work floor

Requirements

Requirements:	Your profile Several years of experience as an operator in production Technical insight and experience with machine settings Hands-on mentality: you like to roll up your sleeves Flexible, reliable, and responsible Mature and a good team player Knowledge of quality, hygiene, and safety standards, preferably in the food sector Very good knowledge of English Stable work history with long-term employment at previous employers
Experience:	Some experience required
Drivers license:	/
Languages:	Dutch: goed English: zeer goed
