Function description
As a Foaming Operator, you are responsible for monitoring and managing the entire foaming process within the sandwich panel line. You ensure that production runs smoothly and consistently, while maintaining high quality standards at all times.
- You correctly set up the machine and closely monitor production parameters.
- You perform regular checks and recordings to quickly detect any deviations.
- In case of deviations, you immediately contact the shift supervisor and take the necessary actions.
- You carry out machine adjustments during product changes according to the production schedule.
- You maintain a clean and organized workspace and contribute to the maintenance of machine components.
- You always work according to safety and quality regulations.
