Your role as an operator
No two days are exactly the same. You will ensure that the production process runs smoothly and help monitor the quality of the finished product.
After a brief handover, you take over the production machines, set them up and monitor the process.
You check quality and carry out measurements to ensure the results meet expectations.
If you spot a minor technical fault, you deal with it before it disrupts the process.
You record key information and contribute ideas for improvements and more efficient working methods.
You work with colleagues to keep production running smoothly.
You will work a varied two-shift system, with a smooth shift handover and a good work–life balance.
