A job as a metal operator

Once you’ve found your rhythm, you’ll take charge of these tasks:

• You fix and replace machine parts before they cause issues – you keep everything running smoothly
• You check if everything is working perfectly and step in immediately if something’s off
• You register your work in the system (SAP or similar – no stress, you’ll learn it on the job)
• Need to move materials? You hop on the forklift and handle it yourself
• Safety is key: you keep things clean, organized, and avoid risks like it’s second nature
• You’ll have a fixed role on the line, such as:
  • Supply: making sure everything is ready on time
  • Stacking: keeping overview and stacking products correctly
  • Saw: ensuring everything is cut perfectly to size

Working hours as a metal worker?
Early shift: You work from 6 AM to 2 PM (Friday until 1:15 PM)
Late shift:You work from 2 PM to 10 PM (Friday until 8:30 PM)
