Operate, start, stop, and monitor machines and equipment, ensuring production runs according to specifications
Perform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet required standards
Carry out minor maintenance tasks and report major issues to the team
Follow strict safety guidelines and procedures
Work collaboratively as part of a team and solve problems effectively

Requirements:	Looking for a full-time production job Able to work in a 3-shift system (early 06:00–14:00, day 07:10–15:45, late 14:00–22:00) Good command of Dutch Comfortable working in a cold environment Can move around independently Team player Previous experience in a production environment or as an operator is a plus, but not required
