Function description

Are you comfortable with physically demanding work and experienced in operating an overhead crane? For a production company in the concrete industry, we are looking for a Precast Concrete Demoulding and Cleaning Operator.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Opening moulds and demoulding concrete elements.
Moving concrete products using an overhead crane.
Cleaning concrete elements with a high-pressure washer when required.
Inspecting products for quality and identifying any defects or irregularities.
Preparing concrete elements for storage or further finishing processes.
Working closely with the moulding team, pouring crew, and finishing department colleagues.

Requirements

Requirements:	You hold a valid overhead crane operator certificate. You have a good command of Dutch and can communicate safely and effectively with colleagues. You are physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual work. You have experience using a high-pressure washer or are willing to learn quickly. You enjoy working outdoors and are comfortable working in varying weather conditions, including rain and cold temperatures. You are flexible and can easily adapt to different work situations. Experience in construction, the concrete industry, or a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.

Offer:	You will work a day shift from 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM. During the summer months, the workday may start earlier, sometimes as early as 5:00 AM or 5:30 AM. Every other week, you will work on Saturday from 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM. These hours are paid at 150% of the regular wage. Saturday hours are paid out and cannot be taken as compensatory time off. You will have a varied and dynamic position within an experienced and close-knit production team.
