Vacancy Mixing Operator - 2 Shifts

Using a unique and high-tech production process, synthetic fibres are bonded in different ways (mechanically, thermally or chemically). The result is a highly innovative and versatile product: a non-woven product.

Many renowned brands create added value with this innovative product in many different applications: hygiene (diapers), medical dressings, automotive industry (hat panels, acoustic door panels, etc.), insulation (thermal and acoustic), filtration (air conditioning systems), clothing (lining of clothes).

There is an extensive, high-tech machine park with a completely new production line and an ultra-modern warehouse.

Your function:


You will work on line 1 (chemical) or line 15/16 (thermal).
As a mixing operator, you are responsible for the mixing bunkers.
The bags are supplied by the person in charge of supply from the storage area.
Specifically, you provide 5 mixing bins with the correct raw materials. Knowing the different substances will be of great importance: depending on speed and temperature, for example, not all bins can be filled with melted fibres!

This knowledge is taught through internal training.
