Vacancy Hands-On Team Leader / Production Manager

As a hands-on team leader, you play a central role in efficiently organizing and coordinating both the production process and the logistics staff, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and achieving the set objectives. You are willing to get involved on the floor yourself and step in wherever needed to support your team.

Your responsibilities:

• Team leadership and guidance: Together with the production manager, you are responsible for leading, motivating, and guiding a team of production and logistics employees. This includes scheduling work shifts, assigning tasks, and providing support and training to team members.

• Logistics coordination: You coordinate the logistics team of loaders, including timely loading of goods onto trailers and ensuring load security during transport.

• Supervision of production activities: You ensure smooth production flow and achievement of productivity goals. This includes monitoring production quality, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements to increase efficiency.

• Focus on quality: You ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures so that products meet customer expectations.

• Reporting and communication: You regularly update the production manager on team performance and operational activities. Additionally, you communicate constructively with other departments to foster collaboration.
