What will your responsibilities be?

As a Hands-on Coating Department Team Leader, you will be responsible for the daily organization and follow-up of the coating department. You will actively work on the shop floor while ensuring that production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

• Coordinate the daily operations within the coating department.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of operators.
• Monitor and adjust production planning when necessary.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with established procedures.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Production, Maintenance, and Quality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized working environment.
• Actively support and work alongside the team whenever needed.
