For a metal company in the Zulte region, we are looking for a Paint Shop Worker.
Your tasks will include:
Preparing parts for powder coating through a chemical bath process.
Determining the correct sequence and timing based on part type and material.
Creating an efficient planning based on delivery deadlines and priorities.
Setting up programs for the automated pretreatment installation.
Monitoring the automated process (overhead crane and baths).
Acting as first responder in case of malfunctions and assisting in troubleshooting.
Performing regular maintenance and cleaning of the baths.
Gradually learning to carry out tests to verify the correct chemical composition of the baths.
