Function description
For our client, a horticultural company in Lochristi, we are looking for people who are in charge of labeling and would like to work part-time (20h-32h/week)

Your duties:
Preparing, sticking and checking the labels of our plants.
You pull the cart with plants from the floor chain (internal transport system).
You redistribute the trays with plants to other carts for smoother handling.
You work with a finger scanner and perform about 10 transactions on the computer system (SAP).
You print labels and place them with the correct plants, with the necessary stitch or hang labels.
In the high season (peak periods of ornamental plant cultivation) you work more hours & help out in other departments (reception, consolidation, ...)
You get to know the different plants so that you can recognize them and make an extra check.
You participate in the orderliness and cleanliness of the workplace.

You enjoy working independently and are also a team player. You are a motivated and attentive worker who wants to work flawlessly. You enjoy doing physical work (standing upright). You can get along with computer work. You are an early bird. During the busy period (spring) you will start before 8 am and work until after 5 pm. The other time of the year you take the performed extra-hours and enjoy a day more at home. You speak good Dutch or English. |
