Job description
As a Warehouse Associate in the Returns Department, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of returned goods. You will play an important role in the logistics process, ensuring that all operational and administrative tasks are completed correctly.
Your responsibilities:
- Receive and register returned goods.
- Load and unload goods.
- Inspect returned items for damage and completeness.
- Sort returns according to internal procedures.
- Register and process returns using a computer and barcode scanning system.
- Communicate with drivers and customer service colleagues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe returns area.
?? You will work a fixed afternoon shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
