Function description

  • You are a key link in the sales department and oversee the entire administration for your sales colleagues in the field.

  • This includes planning visits, preparing quotes for customers or for field sales colleagues, and entering orders into the ERP system.

  • In collaboration with field sales colleagues, you manage opportunities and the customer database, keeping all information up to date in the CRM system.

  • You closely monitor assigned quotes, from inquiry to order placement.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • At least initial experience in a similar role.

  • Strong administrative skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset.

  • Accurate and detail-oriented when calculating quotes.

  • Ability to type quickly and accurately (80-120 keystrokes per minute).

  • Good knowledge of the English language.

  • Good knowledge of German is required.

  • Knowledge of French or other languages is a strong plus.
