You are the candidate we're looking for !
Tasks:
- You cooperate and ensure that the requested production planning is closely followed on the line assigned to you.
- You ensure the supply of the individual work stations on the line and the removal of finished material with a forklift.
- You train new employees and help implement the training plans.
- You work together with the Supervisor to propose and help implement performance improvements in the department.
- You carry out checks on quality, correct stacking, labelling, processed quantities, etc. on the goods that are processed on your line.
- You are the point of contact for maintenance and management of facilities of your line and team.
- You channel questions from employees on a daily basis.
- You report directly to the Supervisor.
