Vacancy Manager Of The Live Chicken Department.

For a chicken company in the Waregem region, we are looking for a motivated person for the live chicken department in charge.

Duties:

You get to know the machines and production line.
You coordinate and monitor production capacity to work efficiently, together with the team.
You ensure correct supply of live chickens and monitor the timing.
You check that all staff comply with hygiene, safety, animal welfare and labour regulations.
You communicate with external drivers for a smooth supply of chickens.
You report to the production manager and human resources department, and monitor staff planning.
You resolve unforeseen problems with relevant managers.
You report technical problems and cooperate with the technical team.
You monitor the entire production line and cooperate with the dispatch department.
After training, you help new employees and contribute to process optimisation.
