For a company specialized in sun protection systems located in Aalter, we are looking for a hands-on production team leader. You will still be active on the production floor, but also take on leadership responsibilities.
Your tasks:
Organize the daily production process: check the planning and the quality of the work.
Solve operational issues in consultation with the production manager.
Contribute to improving work procedures and overall quality.
Train, coach, and develop (new) employees.
Ensure smooth communication and cooperation between departments.
Keep yourself up to date with developments in the field.
Work actively on the production floor (assembly from A to Z).
