Function description
Your tasks as Project Support:
Execute project planning and follow up on organization, acting as lead in the absence of the project coordinator, ensuring quality of execution.
Ensure that agreements are followed for the correct execution of operational steps.
Proactively report progress to the project coordinator.
Documentation and administration for project management: preparing reports and following up on resulting action points.
Smooth collaboration with other departments for ongoing projects.
Provide project-based support for production needs.
Risk management – follow up on 5S actions.
Uphold and promote order, cleanliness, and safety.
Contribute to process optimization and bring new ideas.
