Vacancy Shift Supervisor - 2 Shifts

What you will do:

• Organizing, coordinating, and leading a production team

• Calculating key indicators:

  • Scrap waste, raw material consumption, availability, downtimes

• Proposing improvements for these indicators

• Ensuring just-in-time supply of raw materials

• Guaranteeing product quality and compliance

• Starting up and supervising the production line

• Ensuring smooth communication between workstations

• Determining production order based on planning

• Informing about planning progress

• Preparing reports on key indicators

• Participating in production meetings with quality and maintenance departments

• Engaging in all team activities

• Detecting and reporting deviations

• Implementing corrective actions where necessary

• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace

• Checking order conformity

• Optimizing working time

• Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations

• Participating in the annual evaluation of team members

• Providing sufficient training and follow-up for all (new) employees

• Responsible for onboarding new employees

• Collaborating with other departments such as planning, transport, sales, and maintenance

• Ensuring proper application of procedures
