For a metal company in the Zulte region, we are looking for a pre-treatment Operator - Coating Department.
Your tasks will include:
- Preparing parts for powder coating through a chemical bath process.
- Determining the correct sequence and timing based on part type and material.
- Creating an efficient planning based on delivery deadlines and priorities.
- Setting up programs for the automated pretreatment installation.
- Monitoring the automated process (overhead crane and baths).
- Acting as first responder in case of malfunctions and assisting in troubleshooting.
- Performing regular maintenance and cleaning of the baths.
- Gradually learning to carry out tests to verify the correct chemical composition of the baths.
