Function description
Main Responsibilities:
Machine Management:
- Set up and monitor the operation of one or more packaging lines.
- Prepare equipment (filling, weighing, assembling/disassembling).
- Ensure a continuous flow and adjust parameters to maintain quality.
Quality Control:
- Visually inspect products and packaging.
- Test nitrogen and residual oxygen levels.
- Check sealing and report issues to the supervisor.
Recording and Reporting:
- Record production data, faults, and adjustments in the system.
- Report quality deviations.
Maintenance and Hygiene:
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines.
