Function description
Your tasks?
- Machine operation: Responsible for starting, stopping, and monitoring machines and equipment. You ensure that machines function correctly and that production processes run according to specifications.
- Quality control: You perform regular inspections of produced products to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
- Maintenance and repair: You can perform minor maintenance tasks and report larger issues to the team.
- Safety and compliance: As an operator, you follow strict safety guidelines and procedures to ensure both your own safety and that of your colleagues.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to achieve production goals.
- Problem-solving: If issues or malfunctions occur, you respond quickly and effectively, identify the cause of the problem, and implement appropriate solutions.
