Function description

  • As a slicing room employee, you are responsible for cutting the vegetables into the correct sizes.
  • You ensure that the slicing machines are timely supplied with the right vegetables.
  • Additionally, you pre-cut larger vegetables so that the machines can keep running smoothly.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • You remove the containers with vegetables and prepare them for the machines.
  • You operate the pallet truck and subsequently store the output.
  • You timely replenish the required vegetables and ensure that all vegetables are proportionally distributed throughout the relevant production.
  • Larger vegetables, such as cabbages, are pre-cut in half so that the machines can operate smoothly.
  • You are responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in your workspace (work floor, machines, personal hygiene, etc.) and clean it after each production.
  • You ensure that your knives are sharp before starting work.
  • After each production, you hang your knives back on the board.
  • You follow the schedule for mixing and preparing the semi-finished products.
