Function description
We are looking for motivated production employees / packers for a chocolate factory in the Waregem region.
Goal:
- Packaging finished chocolate products / pralines in different types of luxury or decorative packaging
according to customer specific requirements.
Result areas:
- Help prepare packing lines and/or packing tables under the supervision of the Packing Team Leader.
- Packaging of finished chocolate products / pralines according to customer specific requirements.
- Keeping the workplace/working environment orderly and clean.
- Carrying out various activities in support of the department and/or organization.
Requirements
| Requirements: |
Knowledge: - Basic knowledge of the different types of pralines and different auxiliary and packaging materials. Technical skills: - Manipulating chocolate products / pralines at a high machine-related pace. Communication skills: - Internal: Coordinate with the Packing Team Leader regarding problems/particulars regarding work content/progress of the packing activities. Reporting to the Packaging Team Leader of technical malfunctions/defects as well as... visually detected quality deviations. Coordinate with fellow job holders in a good manner collaboration at the packing line or packing table. |
