Function description
Are you technically skilled and experienced with CNC controlled woodworking machines? Do you have a passion for wood and enjoy working in a modern production environment? Then this position as a CNC operator in the wood industry could be perfect for you.
Your role
As a CNC operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a 4 sided planer machine with 8 axes. You will ensure a smooth production process and guarantee that every finished product meets the required quality standards.
Your responsibilities
- Independently setting up and operating the CNC controlled 4 sided planer machine
- Working according to customer specific profiles and technical instructions
- Coordinating the supply and removal of materials
- Checking the quality of finished products
- Performing daily maintenance on the machine
- Helping maintain a clean, safe and organized working environment
