Function description
• Cutting up and boning pig carcasses in an industrial environment
• Processing of cuts according to customer requirements
• Paceboning system: automatic conveyor belt for cutting and rhythm setting.
• Cutting the carcasses into two, four, or more pieces of meat (buttock, shoulder, back, thigh, etc.)
• Keep the work surface, tools and areas clean and hygienic
• Perform meat processing operations on: Pigs
• Boning pieces of meat and degreasing or trimming the meat
• Processing of cuts according to customer requirements
