Function description
- For a family-owned company specialising in the production of various types of wire mesh in Wingene, we are looking for a MeshWelding Machine Operator.
In order to expand production, the company is looking for an operator for the automatic mesh welding machine.
Short desciption of the job:
Mechanical setting:
- Adjustment of cross bars and longitudinal bars of the magazine according to the diameter and length of the wire.
- Correct mechanical positioning of wire guides and magnets
Programming:
- Reading drawing, entering dimensions, diameter, adjusting welding
Machine operation: - Filling the magazines by means of the bridge crane or manually
- Periodic quality control: continuous mesh measurement and fine adjustment of the machine
- Loading and unloading full pallets from the machine
